1. Shipping Eligibility & Service Coverage
Available Delivery Areas
We currently ship exclusively within the United States, including:
- Contiguous United States
- Alaska
- Hawaii
Unavailable Delivery Areas
Our shipping carriers do not support delivery to the following addresses:
- Remote or inaccessible locations within the U.S.
- Addresses not serviceable by standard domestic carriers
- U.S. overseas territories (including but not limited to Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands)
- APO/FPO or military addresses
If an address is determined to be undeliverable after an order is placed, the order may be canceled and a full refund will be issued in accordance with applicable laws.
2. Shipping Methods
We currently offer one shipping method only:
- Standard Shipping
No expedited, express, or overnight shipping services are available at this time.
3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Policy
Free Standard Shipping
- Available for orders with a merchandise subtotal of $20 or more (before tax)
- Automatically applied at checkout
- Valid for all supported U.S. delivery areas
- Excludes remote or inaccessible locations
Flat Rate Shipping for Small Orders
- Orders with a subtotal under $20 are charged a flat shipping fee of $4.95
- This fee covers packaging, handling, and standard delivery costs
- Applies uniformly to all supported U.S. destinations, excluding remote or inaccessible areas
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days
- Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays
- Processing includes order verification, packing, and dispatch preparation

Important Note:
Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping seasons.
6. Taxes & Customs
- Sales tax (if applicable) is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address
- Since all orders ship within the United States, no customs duties, tariffs, or import fees apply
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped:
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number
- You may track your order via the carrier’s official website
If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days after payment confirmation, please contact us at service@jopark.cn.
8. Missing or Lost Packages
Marked as Delivered but Not Received
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Contact the local carrier
- Email us within 3 days of the delivery status update
Confirmed Lost Packages
- We will offer a reshipment or full refund
- Resolution completed within 5–7 business days after carrier confirmation
