Shipping Eligibility & Service Coverage
  • Available Markets: We currently offer shipping services exclusively within the United States, including the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii.
  • Unavailable Markets: International shipping (including Canada, Mexico, and other countries/regions outside the U.S.) is not available at this time. No exceptions will be made for cross-border orders.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping Eligibility
  • Free Standard Shipping: Complimentary standard shipping is available for all orders with a subtotal of $20 (before sales tax) or more. This offer applies automatically to all eligible U.S. destinations (contiguous U.S., Alaska, Hawaii) at checkout, with no promo code required.
  • Flat Rate Shipping for Small Orders: A fixed shipping fee of $4.95 will be charged for all orders with a subtotal under $20. This fee covers packaging, handling, and standard delivery costs, and applies uniformly to all U.S. regions.
  • Shipping Method Note: Standard shipping is the only delivery option provided. Expedited shipping services (e.g., express, overnight delivery) are not available at present.
Order Processing Time & Estimated Delivery Windows (By Region)
  • Order Processing Time: All orders will be processed and dispatched from our U.S. warehouse within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation. Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.
  • Estimated Delivery Time (Business Days, Excluding Holidays):
    • Contiguous United States: 3–5 business days after shipment
    • Alaska & Hawaii: 5–8 business days after shipment
  • Disclaimer: Delivery times are estimates only. Actual delivery may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather, carrier logistics issues, or peak shopping seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas).
Tax & Customs Duty Responsibility
  • Domestic Tax Details: All product prices listed on our website include applicable state and local taxes, excluding sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated separately at checkout based on your shipping address, in compliance with U.S. tax regulations.
  • Customs Duty Note: Since we only ship within the U.S., no customs duties, tariffs, or import fees will be incurred for any orders. Customers are not responsible for any cross-border tax-related costs (as international shipping is not offered).
Order Fulfillment & Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the real-time delivery status of your package via our official website or the carrier’s platform.
  • If you do not receive a tracking number within 3 business days of payment confirmation, please contact our customer service team at service@jopark.com for assistance.
