These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of our products shall be resolved in accordance with the applicable laws of both countries.
1. Eligibility to Use the Website
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or legal guardian, to place orders on our website.
  • You warrant that all information you provide (including name, shipping address, email, and payment details) is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
2. Product Information & Orders
  • We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and pricing information on our website are accurate. However, we reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
  • Placing an order on our website constitutes a binding offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including but not limited to product stock shortages, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Once your order is confirmed, we will send you an email notification containing your order details and shipping information.
3. Payment Terms
  • Our website only supports PayPal as the exclusive payment method. Payment options include Add to Cart + Check Out and Direct Pay with PayPal (for single-item purchases).
  • Payment must be completed in full at the time of checkout. You authorize PayPal to process the payment for your order in accordance with its terms and conditions.
  • We do not collect, store, or access any of your PayPal account details. All payment transactions are processed securely through PayPal’s official platform.
4. Shipping & Delivery
  • We only ship to locations within the United States (including contiguous U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii). International shipping is not available at this time.
  • Order processing time is 1–2 business days (excluding U.S. federal holidays and Chinese legal holidays). Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days for the contiguous U.S., and 5–8 business days for Alaska and Hawaii.
  • Shipping fees are $4.95 for orders under $20; orders of $20 or more qualify for free standard shipping. All product prices include applicable taxes except sales tax, which is calculated separately at checkout based on your shipping address.
5. Returns & Exchanges
  • You may initiate a return request within 30 calendar days of delivery for unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging.
  • To process a return, you must contact our customer service team at service@jopark.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number and a designated return address. Do NOT ship items back to the original warehouse address listed on the package.
  • No return handling fees will be charged. Return shipping fees are borne by the customer for change-of-mind returns; we cover the return shipping fees for defective, incorrect, or damaged products.
  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we inspect the returned item.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
  • All content on our website, including but not limited to product images, descriptions, logos, and text, is the exclusive intellectual property of Jopark.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our intellectual property without our prior written permission. Unauthorized use may violate copyright, trademark, or other applicable laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
  • Jopark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or the purchase of our products, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or damage to property.
  • Our total liability for any claim related to your order shall not exceed the total purchase price of the products in question.
8. User Conduct
  • You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You shall not:
    • Upload, post, or transmit any harmful, offensive, or fraudulent content;
    • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website’s servers or systems;
    • Engage in any activity that may disrupt or damage the functionality of our website.

  • We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our website at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent or unlawful activities.
  • Upon termination, any pending orders may be canceled at our discretion.

  • Any disputes arising from these Terms or the use of our website shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations between you and Jopark.
  • If negotiations fail, the dispute may be submitted to the competent court of the place where the defendant is domiciled in accordance with the applicable laws of the United States or China.

  • We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our website after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
