Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for choosing Jopark plush toys. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. To streamline the return and exchange process, please review the following detailed policy carefully.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
- Valid Scenarios for Returns: We accept returns for unopened, unused, and undamaged products in their original packaging. Returns are eligible if you receive a defective item, an incorrect product (wrong size/design), or a damaged item due to shipping issues.
- Ineligible Scenarios: Returns will not be accepted for products that have been washed, used, damaged by the customer, or altered in any way. Customized items (if available in the future) are also non-returnable.
Return Timeframe
- You must initiate a return request within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will be rejected.
Steps to Initiate a Return & Exchange
- Submit Return Request: Contact our customer service team at service@jopark.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product (if defective/damaged).

Receive Return Authorization & Shipping Address: Our team will review your request within 1–2 business days. Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and a designated return shipping address via email.
- Important Note: Do NOT ship the item back to our warehouse address listed on the package or any other addresses not provided in the RA email. Returns sent to incorrect addresses will not be processed, and we will not be responsible for lost packages.
- Ship the Product Back: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, attach the RA number clearly on the package, and ship it to the designated address. No return handling fee will be charged for eligible returns.
- Product Inspection & Refund Processing: Our warehouse team will inspect the returned item upon receipt (usually within 3–5 business days). Once the item is verified to meet return eligibility, we will process your refund.
Refund & Shipping Fee Responsibility
- Refund Timing: Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.

Shipping Fee Responsibility:
- Free Return Shipping for Defective/Wrong Items: If the return is due to a defective product, incorrect item, or shipping damage, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please retain the shipping receipt and contact our customer service team to apply for a shipping fee reimbursement.
- Customer-Borne Shipping Fee for Change of Mind: If you return the item due to a change of mind (e.g., no longer want the product), the return shipping fee will be borne by the customer.
- Exchange Shipping Fee: For exchange requests, the shipping fee for sending the new item to you will be free of charge for eligible exchanges.
Exchange Policy Supplement
- Exchanges are only available for products in stock. If the desired item is out of stock, we will offer a full refund instead.
